1. Approach the gate to within 20-50 feet.
2. Press your transmitter button or enter the current gate code on the keypad.
3. Wait for the gate to open a full 90 degrees.
4. Proceed through the gate with caution at not more than 5 MPH. This allows proper function of all safety devices on the gate, which include an infrared safety beam, vehicle detection loops, and inherent entrapment sensing systems.
5. The gate will close within 2 or 3 seconds of the vehicle leaving the vehicle detection zone.
